Viterie Mirabello is acquired by the Storchi family and rebranded with the new name Vimi Fasteners.
The factory is expanded to accommodate the heat treatment process and tool prototyping.
EN 9100 certification for the aerospace industry is achieved.
Acquisition of MF Inox Srl company active in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
Becoming pubblic: IPO on Milan stock exchange.
Following the evolution of powertrain technology, Vimi Fasteners develops a wide range of products, increasing the offer on the global market.
