MF Inox Srl, headquartered in Albese con Cassano designs and produces special fastening systems primarily used for industrial applications within the Oil&Gas, Energy and Infrastructure sectors. In 2017, with a total of 20 employees the company has reached a revenue of 6.4 million euros.
The integration between the two italian companies is based on a solid strategic and industrial premise for the medium and long terms, with a strong growth objective to be obtained through commercial and operational synergies between the companies.
This integration is the first step that will allow Vimi Fasteners to accelerate the growth of the business in highly specialized fastening systems. Vimi Fasteners will increase its product range offerings and will diversify among other sectors such as oil&gas, renewable energy and infrastructrures.
