Vimi Fasteners announces that, following the approval of the Group's Financial Statements as of December 31, 2023 and the publication of the main consolidated economic-financial data as of March 31, 2024 scheduled for April 12, 2024, it will organize a meeting with investors, to present these results, on April 22, 2024 at 11:00 am.
