Customer Quality Engineer

Reporting : Quality Manager 

Responsability:

• Coordinates the resolution of customers complaints using problem solving techniques
• Achieve customer satisfaction by improving final product Quality aiming to a zero defect level

Activity: 

  • Coordinates the resolution of customer issues
  • Coordinates timely internal and external containment actions to prevent any customer process disruption and flaw
  • Analyzes the root causes of claims in order to define corrective, preventive and improvement actions in coordination with the other company functions
  • Interfaces customers to keep them updated on the problem-solving process status
  • Participates in customers visits and audits

Skills:

  • Proactive attitude toward problem solving
  • Quality tools
  • ISO 9001; ISO/TS 16949
  • Interaction effectiveness
  • Ability to perform different tasks effectively and efficiently, even under pressure;
  • Enthusiastic teamworking spirit
  • Responsibility and autonomy


Our requirements:

  • Education: high school or university degree
  • Practice: experience in Quality department
  • Language: fluent English, other languages are a plus
