The first agreement signed at the beginning of the year is between Vimi Fasteners and a commercial agent, a company leader in fasteners supply that will represent Vimi in The United States to develop new business.
“In the USA we currently have an established Logistics Center and with this agreement we aim to bolster our commercial reach, employing a distribution company to take advantage of their national presence and existing client base”
The second agreement was settled with a company that specializes in new clients scouting that will help us identify new potential customers to increase our presence in Northern Europe, in countries like Sweden, Norway and Finland.
“This agreement will allow us to reach new customers, with both the Vimi line of products and the products of MF Inox, primarily in the industrial engine sector and Oil & Gas which aligns with our strategy of expansion and diversification outside of the automotive market” states Sargenti.
