Vimi Fasteners will sponsor the Bishop Soup Kitchen of Reggio Emilia by providing financial support for 1 year
Vimi Fasteners takes a step towards our civil economy by putting forward concrete actions in and around the territory in which it operates.
The financial support will be extended for all of 2024, not only the soup kitchen will offer a warm meal but also a kind word, companionship and someone to listen to everyone who comes through the door. The organization confirms: ‘We believe in the value of solidarity, and we applaud the contribution of our volunteers’.
Marcella Cartia, Vimi Fasteners’ HR Leader speaks about a principle very important to the company that has now become reality. ‘When we donate to others, we donate a piece of ourselves, and we create a profound human bond’. This summarizes the sense of Vimi’s commitment, underlines our HR Leader, a commitment to value people outside and inside our company.
Supporting a Caritas soup kitchen allows Vimi to contribute to the community and to make the difference for those less fortunate. Vimi gives full support to maintain a safe and welcoming environment where anyone can feel comfortable and find some hope. For this reason - says Cartia - we invite all employees to join in this solidarity initiative.
